HDD shows 0% in Task Manager, does not show up in Resource Monitor

Pretty much what the title says, my HDD does not show up in resource monitor and always shows 0 activity in the task manager. Not a huge deal as the HDD works perfectly fine, as far as I can tell. Can't seem to find anything like this on google. Any help is appreciated.

  2. Windows Task Manager showing 0 Mbps network usage

    Hello,

My task manager is showing 0 Mbps network usage per process (In process tab) despite it saying 2% used for example.

Resource monitor shows networks usage as well as the Performance tab on task manager.

Can someone please help fix this?

    Thanks,

    Rami

Disk performance show 0% all the time in Task Manager

    Hi everyone

I'm facing a problem with the task manager. Suddenly both of my HDs stopped showing any activity in the task manager and are constantly show 0% although there is activity and despite the fact that in the resource monitor activity is shown properly. Any ideas what the fault might be?

I think they've stopped after I connected an external HD. But I am not sure though so don't rely on that being the issue.

Task manager and resource monitor show wrong memory usage

Greetings. I have 10 gb of RAM, so task manager telling me that I'm using 4.6 gb of ram total. But, you won't get even 2 gb if you sum all values below:

The same in resource monitor. I read that the "commit" represent memory that showed in regular task manager, but even if you get wrong column with biggest numbers they won't give you the total result that is showed by the system.

I've also tried to use "RamMap", but it doesn't work for me...
