Windows 10: HDMI broken after a little flickering?

Hay community,
I just wanted to ask what I can do because I was playing CSGO the other day and there was a flicker on startup and after that the HDMI was off and the PC now always shows a black picture. But it is recognized only that I had already times also with CSGo after ner time it went again is there now really my graphics card hin or ? Because Windows I have already set up new and installed all new drivers.
VGA works fine. on the same monitor
I've already replaced the HDMI cable.
HDMI also connected to another monitor

I unscrewed the main screen of the laptop.
And I put a Samsung screen on it but it doesn't work anymore since the flickering. I don't know what's going on there.
I tried everything on the internet.

Graphics card is OnBoard graphics card, so yep.

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.

Sound works fine only issue with me is underscan when connecting to my tv.

Have you tried to reconfigure your audio settings? If not, try to change your audio output settings to HDMI by following the steps below:

• Press Windows ( ) key + X.
• Select Control Panel.
• Click Hardware & Sound.
• Click Manage Audio Devices.
• Select the HDMI device listed under the Playback tab.
• Click Set as default and click Ok.

Also, we suggest to update your audio driver.
