    HDMI cable freezes laptop, DPC watchdog violation.


    Hi! I have a question regarding my laptop issue that has been bothering me a lot. So basically, it seems that whenever I plug in an HDMI cable to connect my lenovo laptop with the TV, my laptop crashes on start up, or more specifically it completely freezes on the lock screen. Then it shows the blue screen with the errorcode "DPC watchdog violation" and restarts on its own. This keeps repeating. I already updated the drivers and I ran the SFC repair command. Even when I unplug the HDMI cable and restart my laptop, it still shows a frozen screen. I'd appreciate if someone could help me with thi

    im using an asus x555L laptop and recently ive been getting multiple crashes where it suddenly freezes and continues to make a bussing sound until a blue screen shows with error code: DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION. Are there any fixes to this problem?
