Windows 10: HDMI doesn't show up in Playback Devices anymore

PC: Dell Inspiron 5400 AIOTV: Samsung 55 QLEDI'm using a HDMI cable to connect my PC with a TV, video goes through but audio for some reason doesn't. I tried different cables and a Nintendo Switch and both worked with the TV and managed to put out Audio without me configuring any settings anywhere. Wireless connection also manages audio Shows up in Playback Devices as well but the video lag is really annoying then. I used to be able to connect my PC with a TV and audio worked well there but that was a while ago and I don't remember if I configured any settings there. Now when I connect my PC

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps. First check if “HDMI Output” is selected as the default device.

• Click Start and select Control Panel.
• On the right hand side of the screen, under View by: click the drop-down icon and select Large icons.
• Click Sound.
• If you do not have the HDMI Output listed under “Playback” tab, right click in the
  playback window and select Show Disabled Device and
  Show Disconnected Device.
• If the HDMI Output option appears, right-click HDMI Output
  and select Default Device.
• Now the audio must be playing on HDMI.

Also try updating the recent HDMI drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved.

You may also unplug and plug in back the HDMI output and check.

My drivers are up to date and HDMI is plugged from my PC into my Monitor. HDMI isn't showing in playback devices, any suggestions?
