Windows 10: HDMI Not Working properly

Hello,Yesterday everithing worked normaly, today after last update my HDMI port is acting wierd.Computer is detecting my TV and even changes sound to HDMI TV output, so my laptop is not playing sound, but TV is saying NO SIGNALI tried to connect my PS4 to the same HDMI cable and it works normaly.I tried everithing from uninstaling drivers, checking 3 different cables, chaning sound output, everithing that is possible..In device manager the display is detected and in display preferences there is also detected and even mouse is going out of my main screen to the TV but there is no signal..I even

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.

  To determine version and OS build number,Press Windows key + R, then type in
  winver.
