Windows 10: HDMI Problem after Update win 10

I Have dell Inspiron 5567 I use to them my htc Vive, and they were working fine. But after the update they stopped, when I try to connect the VR google say I should connect them to property HDMI but I have only one, I did reinstall graphic drivers of both graphic htc drivers, I was trying to delete the last update but windows say I cannot do that lol. I really don't have more ideas about what to do.

Win 10 1607 update

Installed the update manually at the the moment everything is bueno.
It seems that Microsoft has a big problem in there update department windows 7 update has problems win 8 update has problems. Windows 10 update is so-so.

 

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.
