Windows 10: HDR on the HP Zbook studio g5 x360 AKA 4NL13UTR#ABA

Ever since I got this laptop, HDR has never worked on games, netflix nor even youtube, the streaming HDR video is actually on yes but it does not even work, the machine is supposed to be capable of that, maybe the HP dremcolor assistant is disrupting something but IDK, I just really need HDR for my content consumption and some color grating in HDR

This usually occurs if the graphic drivers on the computer are not updated and only basic drivers (for both:

Elitebook 840 G5 and
Zbook x360) are
installed. I would request you to update the graphic drivers for both the computers.



Also install the required drivers for Dell U2414H. You can download the drivers from

Dell website.

HP x360 Spectre Windows Hello No Longer Working

Thanks for the suggestion. For reference (for people coming after me trying to find a solution), the steps Lee is suggesting are as follows:

• Device Security > Security Processor Details > Security Processor Troubleshooting > Clear TPM

Appreciate the help, Lee, but resetting the TPM using the process above didn't work. All it did was make me reset my PIN and sign in again via my Microsoft account. As I mentioned in my initial post, I have an HP Spectre
x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx, so I've been using the drivers found here:

Also as I mentioned, the latest drivers are installed - that's always my first go-to solution (other than turning it off and on again! ).

Any other suggestions?
