Windows 10: HDR on windows 11 just vanished for me

SO, hdr has been working on my rig for the last past year. I have everything that is needed. The right cable, the right graphics card, display is HDR. It was all working. I had to turn off HDR because of issues it was having with MS Teams with the share screen issues it was having. I updated to MAY 2023 patching, went to turn HDR back on for gaming, and all of a sudden, I do not meet the requirements for HDR.

I would contact LG Support which is included with the monitor purchase for at least the first year, during which they must get it working properly or repair or replace it under warranty.

Auto HDR doesn't seem to do anything in Windows 11

All I can suggest is to check out a few articles. My hardware does not meet the specifications for HDR.

Unable to enable HDR

I truly understand you really like enable HDR of your computer. The possible cause why it’s not working maybe your PC and display doesn’t meet certain hardware requirements.

I suggest to update your windows first, please follow the steps below:

• Start > and then go to Setting > Update & Security > Windows Update
