    Updated windows, updated Realtek audio drivers, updated any and all sound/audio device drivers. Still have the same problem. I bought new headphones and tried them, same problem.

    Speakers playing when headphones are plugged in

    I have an HP laptop with windows 10. When my headphones are plugged in, the speakers are still playing. When I go to sounds, the only device listed is the speakers. How can I silence the speakers when the headphones are plugged in.

    sound playing simultaneously on headphones and speaker

    I got a update for my windows 10 after update when i tried to play song in my headphones i found that sound is playing on both headphones aswell as in my laptop speaker, so i tried to check playback devies but i didn't saw any playback devies except speaker
    i tried to update drivers aswell but nothing worked for me . can anyone suggest me something??
