Windows 10: Headphones audio only works while audio troubleshooter is running? Windows 11

I would be very grateful if someone could help solve this annoying problem! I am using Samsung Galaxy Buds wireless headphones and a laptop running Windows 11. The laptop is 2 months old, headphones worked fine with the laptop at first and then stopped, and the headphones still always work perfectly with other devices.The headphones connect via bluetooth just fine and the touch controls work. When I use the touch controls to change the volume I can hear the test volume sound through the headphones as the volume level changes on the laptop. It's possible that the audio driver is outdated. I'd like to ask few questions so I can isolate your concern properly.

• Does the issue happen to a specific headphone? Do you have a spare headphone or a different headphone? In this way, we can distinguish if the issue is within the computer or the headphone.
• Can you also try the Sades "SA-708 Headphone" to a different device to see if the same issue persists?

• Have you made any recent or hardware changes to your computer?

Meanwhile kindly follow these steps:

Method 1: Run the Playing Audio troubleshooter. To run the troubleshooter, select the Start button,
type Troubleshoot, and then select Troubleshoot from the list of results.
Select Playing Audio > Run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Update the audio driver in the Device Manager. Open Device Manager> Sound, video and game controllers> Properties> Driver tab> Update Driver. Restart your computer.

Audio issues with only the left side of headphones/earphones work.

The port of the device could be the culprit why only the left side of your headphones works. A hardware or software changes could also be the reason for this kind of issue. However, let's not assume anything yet until we isolated your concern. We suggest
that you run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter in Windows Settings. Simply search for
Troubleshoot in the start menu. Under Find and fix other problems, click on
Hardware and Devices. We also suggest that you run the audio test for your headphones in Hardware and Sound. Here are the steps on how to do so:

• Go to Control Panel, then click on Hardware and Sound.
• Under Sound, click on Manage audio devices.
• Click on Headphones, then Configure at the bottom right.
• Run the test, and see if both sides of your headphones are working there.

Audio sound not working on speakers/or headphones. No sound


Yesterday my audio worked fine on both my speakers on my laptop (Dell Inspiron/N5110) and headphones. Then all of a sudden they stopped working. I have made sure that all the volumes are not muted. I did a troubleshoot on playing audio and it said low audio device volume detected, but when I increase the volume, nothing happens. Any one have any suggestions?
