Windows 10: Headphones built-in microphone isn't working anywhere except for Discord

I tried a lot of things already but nothing seems to work updating drivers, checking the sound settings, restarting, unplugging, lots more but it's too many for me to remember It also seems that it affected my laptop microphone itself, somehow. I tried recording and it's nothing but garbage noise or just flat out no noise on both microphones. It's watery and distorted. The laptop microphone picks up SOME noise now, though. What can I even do??? I would very heavily appreciate a somewhat quick responce because I have a thing planned that requires my microphone.

Microphone of bluetoth headphone isn`t working properly

When connected via bluetooth (over ear headphones) it works fine as an output device, but if I do something that uses the microphone the headset gets disconnected after a while (1-2 minutes). If I try to connect the headphones via 3.5 mm jack the microphone doesn't even get detected. I cannot see it as an input device and the apps use the built-in microphone array of my laptop instead of the headphones' microphone.

Okay, so I have an Asus laptop with Windows 10. I am using an Ultimate Ears Headphone with built in microphone. The problem is that i want to use the headphone part, but all the the laptop registers is the microphone.


How can I change this, as i cannot watch videos without disturbing others.

 

Razer Kraken V2 - Microsoft Teams (work or school) says "Your speakers aren´t working" & "Your microphone isn´t working"

Since I upgraded to Windows 11 my Razer Kraken V2 can´t be used for calls and meetings in Microsoft Teams (work or school).

While making a test-call there comes a pop-up saying: "Your speakers aren´t working" & "Your microphone isn´t working".

With the newest software installed from the Razer Website (Razer Synapse 3.7.131.11810 & Razer Synapse 2.21) it isn´t working.

When I tried to unistall Razer Synapse and reboot afterwards, it won´t change a thing - the only solution was to unistall razer synaps, uninstall the driver in the device-manager for the headphones and also for the microphone.

No Razer Synapse means no 7.1 sound, nor bass optimization.

I already asked the Razer support about that topic - they said when everything else (beside Microsoft Teams) the problem isn´t on their side?!

A Week ago, everything was working fine under Windows 10, thats the funny thing.

Any guesses what to do, so it will work again with the correct drivers?
