Windows 10: Headphones doesn't work after Windows 11 version 24H2 update

My headphones Edifier W820NB have stopped working after the latest update.I usually have to disconnect the handsfree mode so the sound isn't distorted.Devices and Printers -> [my headphones] Properties -> Services -> Uncheck the Hands-freeBut now, after the update, handsfree mode is always on, and if I try to disable it then the headphones stop working.I remember it was HELL to try to make them work the first time, but after the initial configuration disabling the handsfree mode, they worked perfectly.Is there any solution at all, or do I have to wait for a re-update that fixes

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Audio doesn´t work aftter connecting headphones

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.
