Windows 10: Headphones going quiet randomly

Hello, my headphones keep going quiet randomly. It doesn't happen every 20 minutes for example and just has a chance of going quiet. It fixes itself if i change the volume but it ends up happening again. It doesn't happen if its connected to anything other then my pc so it isnt a headphone issue. It also can quiet down for a second and goes back to normal, and also can jump forward.

Headphones are very Quiet in one hear and fine in the other

There's a possibility that some settings in your sound properties are not properly set. For possible solution, we suggest that you follow the suggested workaround provided by
Yashwanth Kotakuri on this thread.

We also suggest that you check the balance level of your headphone by following these steps:

• Right click the little speaker icon near the clock on the taskbar.
• Click Playback devices.
• Double-click the Headphones.
• Click the Levels tab.
• Then check the Balance of left and right.

Headphones disconnect randomly and make screen go black, and then go back to normal

Alright so in doing all these steps, I've found the following:
1: The "Sound" section of control panel lists my headphones as speakers, instead of headphones

2: The realtek audio manager asks me what I've just plugged in, and even after telling it that its headphones, it lists it as speakers as well.
I haven't noticed much change, because as I've said it happens randomly 3-4 times/day, but will update on how it goes after installing the new driver from the link listed above.
