Windows 10: Headphones/IEM doesnt show up for in input devices

So i have a IEM that i use on my pc QKZ AK6 Pro with a inbuilt microphone but my system doesnt register its mic and i cat use my IEM for any input funtion it only shows as Output deviceMy IEM are working properly I can use them as output device without a hitch but its mic in not showing up in input devicesI am sharing everything i can think of that can help me find out what is going on

Headphones not showing up in the input devices

Everytime I plug in my headphones the audio sounds fine but it does not record sound. I've tried using the same headphones with my phone and it works fine. When it does record sound its using the mic next to the camera because my headphones just does not
show up in the input devices list.

• Did you check if the headphone works when connected to another jack port?
• Did you check if the headphone works when connected to another device?

As of now, I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if that resolves the issue.

Method 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below, and check if the issue is resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box next to
  Start button, and select the top most search result.
• Click on View all from left side panel of the screen.
• Select Hardware and Devices, click on
  Advanced option, and check Apply repairs automatically
  option.
• Follow the on screen instructions.

Method 2: If the issue persist, uninstall headphone driver by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc
  in the run prompt.
• Expand the Audio inputs and outputs option, right-click on the
  headphone driver.
• Click Uninstall option, and
  Restart the PC to automatically re-install the headphone driver.
