Windows 10: Headphones jack not working properly

Somthing wrong with my window back audio whin plug headphones it's showing no audio device connected but when I unplugged it's showing device connectedI mean when nothing connected it's showing connected but when plugged it's showing no device connected I don't know what's happening front panel seems fine

Issues with headphones or headphone jack could have happened due to hardware issues. To isolate your concern, we suggest that you update your driver. You can follow this

If the issue still occurs, we suggest that you contact your manufacturer to check and troubleshoot your hardware issue with headphone jack.

Front audio jacks not working properly

Just a bit of a update. The front jacks still don't work properly. The microphone one up front is hit and miss at best and the headphone one is still doing the same thing. Recognizes the headphones but does not re-route audio to them.

If I use the jacks in the back of the machine, they work flawlessly. Cortana and my screen recording software both hear the mic without issues and of course I can hear sound when I plug in headphones.

Still trying to find a way to get this working properly. Again any suggestions will be appreciated!
