Windows 10: Headphones not detected after reinstalling Realtek driver

Hi all,So today I was trying to find the Realtek Audio Manager and I couldn't find it in my program files. One of the steps I researched to troubleshoot this required me to download the driver from the realtek website and run the installer. The installer uninstalled the current driver and reinstalled it. After i followed the installers instructions and restarting my computer, i find that when i plug in my headphones they are no longer detected. I've tried searching hidden and unconnected devices and even hidden devices in the device manager and its not there. When i check device manager the "R

Headphones not detected

I didn't have Realtek Audio on my computer for a while, and my speakers worked fine. But I tried using headphones with a mic to game with some friends and they don't work, even after downloading the Realtek drivers, my headphones still aren't being detected and all there is in the sound panel are,

• speakers Realtek audio,
  
• Realtek Digital output
  
• Speakers USB 2.0 Device
  

Do I have to delete the drivers and reinstall them?

Realtek HD Universal Driver headphone detected but no audio

hi, i have installed "Realtek HD Universal Driver6.0.9363.1" from my manufacture mobo

When i connect the headphone to jack 3.5 front panel, the device is total recognize but i have not any sound Also Realtek audio console detect the headphone but not audio at all.How can i fix ? thanks

 

Computer detects my headphones but no sound

Greetings,
My laptop was fine but after a reset, my headphones stopped working. When I plug it in, it is detected but no sound from any headphone or earbuds i plug in.
They all work on other devices though.
I tried to troubleshoot but windows cant find anything.
I tried to uninstall the headphone as well as the realtek drivers and reinstall but still doesnt work.

I have been searching for a solution all day but couldnt find any solution.

Any suggestions would be much appriciated
