Windows 10: Headphones not working cant hear them on my pc but on other ones works

So today, after I restarted the PC, I can't hear my headphones anymore, I kept trying to make them work, every now and then some beeps are heard, I connected them to my friend's computer and they worked perfectly, the headphones are Aqirys Altair, I need help and I thought I could find it here , oh and there is something else when i wach videos on youtube they are in slow motion for some reason just after the headphones are not working there shoud be some connection right?

Headphones are very Quiet in one hear and fine in the other

There's a possibility that some settings in your sound properties are not properly set. For possible solution, we suggest that you follow the suggested workaround provided by

We also suggest that you check the balance level of your headphone by following these steps:

• Right click the little speaker icon near the clock on the taskbar.
• Click Playback devices.
• Double-click the Headphones.
• Click the Levels tab.
• Then check the Balance of left and right.

Headphones not working.

• What is the make and model of your device?
• What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue?
• How have you connected the headphones to your device?
• Were you able to see if the headphones detected on your computer?

As a work around, try the below and update us the status of this issue:

• I suggest you to connect the headphones to different device and check if the headphone is working fine. This will help us to detect if the issue is with headphone.
• If headphones are working fine on other devices, try to connect the headphones to different ports on the PC in the question and check if it is working fine. This will help us to know if the issue is with ports.

I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Headphones work on only one side on my pc

In order to help you in resolving the issue, we will need a few more information from you. Please reply to the following questions:

• Could you please provide more information on “Headphones work on only one side on my pc”?
  
• Does the Turtle Beach X12 headphone work on any other computer?
  
• Are you facing this issue with any other headphone?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  

However, you can check for the balance of sound for each earpiece of the headphones and check the result. Please follow the steps mentioned below to check the balance:

1. Right click on the Sound icon on the taskbar.
   
2. Click on Sounds.
   
3. Click on Playback tab.
   
4. Double click on Headphones to open
   Properties.
   
5. Click on Levels tab.
   
6. Click on Balance.
   
7. Move the slider for both L and
   R to make the balance equal.
   
8. Click on OK.
   
9. Click on Apply and OK.
