    Hi - a few days ago my Bluetooth headphones Sennheiser 450 BT stopped connecting with my Windows 11 HP laptop. Instead of connecting, I would get the phrase "That didn't work. Make sure your device is turned on and discoverable, then try again." I did try again, a lot. I also followed tips from other articles: restarting my computer, making sure my Bluetooth drivers were up to date, making sure I wasn't missing a specific driver, doing a factory reset on my headphones, resetting my Bluetooth settings, and forgetting my device to attempt to reconnect it.
