Windows 10: Headphones wont work after a random event, don't know what to do

So long story short, as I was studying and playing youtube in the background, an extremely loud interference sound played through my headphones for about five seconds, like the video became blown out, then all audio dropped from my headphones. I figured it would be an easy sound driver fix, but I was sorely mistaken. I opened up my sound panel to find no audio would play specifically through the channel that I was having issues with, but would through other channels just fine this will become relevant later, but yes it was showing as being plugged in, just no audio output. Because of this I

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

As a work around, try the below and update us the status of this issue:

• I suggest you to connect the headphones to different device and check if the headphone is working fine. This will help us to detect if the issue is with headphone.
• If headphones are working fine on other devices, try to connect the headphones to different ports on the PC in the question and check if it is working fine. This will help us to know if the issue is with ports.

I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Speakers and headphones work at the same time

• Does your speaker work normally when connected to your desktop?

• Connect your headphone directly to the desktop.
