Windows 10: Headset appearing as Microphone Array RealtekR Audio and not as high definition audio...

I have a razer blackshark V2 headset, that normally records up to 24 bit 192000 hz studio quality. However one day it just appeared as Microphone Array and any instances of "High Definition Audio Device" completely disappeared from my device. Since then the highest quality I can access using the "Microphone Array" is 48,000 hz which sounds horrible in comparison. I tried reinstalling the audio driver supplied by the manufacturer, Lenovo, for my Lenovo y7000p-1060 from their website but upon reinstallation nothing changed. I tried to download the 64-bit high definition codec audio driver direct

Headset and headset microphone cannot be discovered as output and input devices

Could someone please help me with my problem? When I have plugged my Logitech g233 headset with the microphone into my laptop, I cannot find it in settings under the list of devices, and the microphone does not work as I cannot
select it (I can only find speakers (Realtek high definition audio) and microphone array(Realtek high definition audio)). However, when I have plugged it into another laptop in the same way, it works and I can find it
as an input and output device on settings (they are discoverable as headphones(Realtek high definition audio) and headset microphone (Realtek high definition audio)). I have ensured that it was plugged in correctly in both cases.
May I know some possible causes for this problem and how to fix it?

Also, if this helps, I cannot find the app "Realtek Audio Console" on the laptop that I am having problems with but I can find it on the laptop which the headset and microphone work on. I have tried to install it but I do not know how to do so.

 

Internal Microphone Array IDT High Definition Audio Not Working

Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Notebook PC

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After installing Windows 11 on a new 128GB SSD, the default sound drivers volume was too low but the microphone was working. There were no audio drivers in the Windows 10 categoy on HP website, hence I tried audio drivers listed in Windows 8.1 (64-bit) category. Original sound of the laptop came back but my microphone is not recording anything even though it shows installed perfectly alright as below. With the external audio headset (hands-free), I can easily record anything though.





Can you please suggest any solution to fix my microphone? Thanks.

IDT High Definition Audio CODEC Not Working

Taking those steps changed the devices in the playback (now they're "2- High Definition Audio Device" instead of "IDT High Definition Audio CODEC". But unfortunately, I still cannot
hear anything, though it did fix my problem where my microphone would say "Currently unavailable".
