Windows 10: Headset balancing automatically imbalances my sound periodically

I read some previously solved issues where it was recommended to turn off Fast Startup, my PC doesn't have the fast startup option though I only have 2 check boxes, sleep and lock. I'm running windows 10, thanks.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Cannot adjust sound balance on Logitech H800

The typical reply is like this:

Go to control panel, select your device, click on Properties, select Levels tab and than adjust the balance.

But: What to do IF THE BALANCE BUTTON DOES NOT APPEAR???

It does with normal speakers, but not with this headset. The imbalance makes it totally unusable.
