    Headset Help


    So I recently got a laptop due to the hard drive on my old PC failing, and this laptop only has one audio port so I connected the headset without using a splitter and a setup popped up, I selected to use it as a headset and went to record some audio, but it used the mic built into the laptop and I want to use the one connected to my headset and the headphones at the same time, so how do I do that?

    NOTE: The headset mic does NOT show up when I go to audio devices, and disabling the one pre-built doesn't help either.

    I'm in Australia and I'm not willing to buy it off the internet. Any suggestions? Probably Crazy Johns cause they import their products from overseas.
