Windows 10: Headset making static sound

Hey! So recently I've got my computer cleaned, as it was pretty dirty on the inside. After I received it back, also with a new ssd card installed now I have two, as I connected my Redragon Zeus 2 headset, it started making this sound it's the audio I recorded to show my boyfriend how the sound looked like. The only change was the cleaning, it wasn't formated. So, after I noticed this problem, I tried to fixed it, tried other usb ports, nothing changed. Then I tested my headset on another devices, such as cellphone with the p2 cable it also has, tried it on my mother's macbook, the headse

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

I appreciate it I was more looking to see if anyone knows something that can fit my bill in that budget. Trust me I know all about the $300 range and even considered audio technica m50x with a condenser mic *Stick Out Tongue

 

My headset microphone outputs static/very muffled sound

In order to help you resolve issues with the microphone on headset, we suggest the you run the built in troubleshooter in you PC. Here are the steps:

• In the Search Box, type Troubleshoot and press
  Enter.
• Look for and select Recording Audio, and press Run the troubleshooter.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
