Windows 10: Headset microphone replaying all PC audio

So, I'm having difficulties with my Kraken X headset. I tried contacting Razer support who kept trying to get it replaced even though I told them multiple times my PC is the issue. After some back and forth they finally realized this and told me to ask a technician instead. Now, because I don't want to bring my PC to a technician over some microphone issues, I think it's best to ask about it here.My issue is that the microphone is replaying every sound from my desktop. It's been like this since the day I got the headset but I never really bothered to fix it because I preferred my old microphon

Computer won't recognize headset microphone

This is what i see in device manager. Im not sure if the Speakers/Headphones (Realtek High Definition Audio) is the one your saying to disable, as that is what is default in playback devices in the sounds panel.

Setting Stereo Mix as the default recording device and disabling everything else still didnt get the mic working, even when the headset is plugged into the microphone only audio port or the mic + sound audio port.
