Windows 10: Headsets lose hearing on one side left side. Reoccurring problem with no clear solution

I have been using headsets on my lenovo legion 5 pro Windows 11 for many months. Recently there has been a problem that has developed. The left side of my headset will not play sound. I have reproduced this issue on another headset of similar type and the issue persists. Bluetooth and computer audio do not have this problem.I reset my entire computer and it seemed to fix the problem. However, I held down the power button to turn my computer off tonight and then turned it back on and the problem is back. I don't want to have to reset my computer every time to fix this problem. Please help

• Is this the first time you're trying to install or connect your USB headset to your computer?
• Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port on your computer?
• When you connected your headset, did the PC recognize it?

• Open your Control Panel.
  
• Under System and Security, click Find and fix problems.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Hardware and Devices.

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Clearing Cortana's Pick Up Where You Left Off History?...

You can follow the steps given below to clear Cortana's search history on your computer:

• Click Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Click Privacy.
• On the left side of the window, look for Speech, inking & typing.
• Click Stop getting to know me.
• You will get a popup notification that will clear suggestions, just click
  Turn off.
• If you wish to make Cortana record again suggestions for you moving forward after clearing the history, you can turn it on again by clicking
  Get to know me.
