Windows 10: Health Check says i dont have tpm 2.0 enabled but I do?

Hi everyone,Recently I got a new gpu, fully completing my pc and making my specs way over the minimum specs to get windows 11 and I have also turned on tpm 2.0 in my recently updated bios. However, the pc health check app says that i haven't got tpm 2.0 enabled and won't let me upgrade to windows 11.Just to confirm that my specs are good enough for windows 11, here is my specs list:i7 9700KRTX 3070 1tb wd black nvme 2.0msi z390 gaming edge acHyperX 32gb ram.If someone could help me fix this problem that would be great.Thanks

PC Health Check shows the processor is not compatible. It IS on the list of compatible processors though.

My HP desktop meets all requirements for the Windows 11 upgrade but when I run the PC Health Check app it says my processor is not supported. I have gone to the compatibility list on Microsoft and it IS on the list as supported for the upgrade. I have checked that my TPM is enabled and not hidden. I have verified that I am running in UEFI mode and not Legacy. Below are my specs which meet all of the criteria. I don't understand why the PC Health Check app is blocking the upgrade.
