Hi,I have a pair of Phonak Paradise P90s which are paired via Bluetooth to Windows 11 and they will randomly disconnect.Until recently I was using Windows 10 and they never dropped in that OS, however since the switch to Windows 11, I am finding the hearing aids will drop the audio/disappear from the list of audio devices. They are paired as stated by the manufacturer - https://product-support.phonak.com/s/article/Connecting-computer-and-Phonak-hearing-aids?language=en_USDespite sitting right next to the laptop, they will either disappear from the list of audio devices, or they will show but no

  2. How to connect Bluetooth Hearing Aids on Windows 10 computer?

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

What is the make and model of the Bluetooth hearing aid?

Yes, you can use your Bluetooth hearing aids as an Output device, if the device is compatible with Windows 10. I will suggest you with the steps to set Bluetooth hearing aid as the default playback device.

Before setting your hearing aid as the default device, it is required to configure the Bluetooth device. Please refer this article

  3. hearing aid bluetooth connection

Thanks for the info. I had moved in that direction already but my hearing aids were not listed. My hearing aids are listed as a Bluetooth device on my computer but they do not appear on the sound card window for some reason. Is there a way I can get the
    sound card to locate them?

Hearing aids connecting via Bluetooth in Windows 11 not working as it did in Windows 10

Advice on how to connect Win 10 Desktop to Bluetooth Hearing Aids

I think there is some confusion here. Bluetooth is not enough. Years ago Apple developed certain Bluetooth technology for their iOS platform to link with hearing aids. Hearing aids that work with this have Made for iPhone in their specifications. My hearing aids have this designation. Google has been slow at adapting to this but in 2019 as of Android 10 it now supports hearing aids. It appears that hearing aids manufacturers have been slow to develop hearing aids that are Made For All Phone devices so if you want that capability you are going to have to do some research before you buy new hearing aids.
