Windows 10: Hearts and Gin Rummy

Microsoft has Ruined Hearts and Gin Rummy by inserting more adverts on top, below and on both sides of the game window thus making it too small ot enjoy.

Migrating intellgames gin rummy was unsuccessful during windows 10 conversion. Restored windows 7 in favor of converting to 10.

Is there any solution>

 

Game (hearts) start running very slowly as soon as windows ads pop up in Windows 10 computer.

The popups I referred to are windows ads offering apps other windows games such as : several solitare games, gin rummy, etc. Some of the ads are animated and cause the game I am playing to almost freeze.
