Windows 10: Heavy data usage by System,csrss.exe

I am using only google chrome in my computer through wifi but certain software also start using my wifi data For example System,csrss.exe And my data starts draining fastly

How can I fix it,As I am having limited data

But sir (csrss.exe) is using much of my data and though I stop it from network activity but again it starts using my data after sometimes

You cannot check the past data. Current connections could be viewed at Network tab of resmon tool. If you'll see not a understandable address but IP address (four group of numbers) use ping command to reveal address (e.g. ping 123.69.234.78).
