  1. HEAVY performance drops when batrery life below 56%

Now , I don't believe this is SUPPOSED to be happening, but it is.
When my laptop's battery goes below 56%, performance drops HEAVILY. (going from 60 to -15 fps)
Example: When it's 56% or higher, I'm able to watch videos and scroll through pages smoothly. When it's below 56%, Videos constantly stop playing and pages make the web browser stop responding when I try to scroll. Taskbar/toolbar also constantly crashes, causing Windows Explorer to restart. (changing from battery saver mode to high performance and back does not do ANYTHING AT ALL.)
I believe this is happening because of Power Throttling, but I'm not 100% sure. If anyone could get me a way to disable Power Throttling or some answer to why this is happening so I could try and fix it, it would be appreciated.

Note: This is happening after barely half a night of forgetting to unplug my laptop from charging. I also tried some external software to try to disable Power Throttling, which didn't work and just caused the computer to perform worse.
Note 2: qhat the ****? i literally needed to use chrome on my phone with request desktop site enabled after the website not having loaded propelly no matter how many times i refreshed it on my laptop.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
