Windows 10: HEIC files locked to 1920 x 1280 size

I Recently received a FUJIFILM XT-5, it shoots in 7728 x 5152 in the HEIC file format.Unfortunatley, on my attempt to view, edit and use these photographs, windows decided that instead of the high quality stills my camera takes, it would give me 1920 x 1280 compressed rubbish.the files are fine. i attempted to open them on a Macintosh, and they were full quality, but windows photos had to restrict me to ANYTHING below 1920 x 1280, otherwise, it compresses the photos.to add insult to injury it even LISTS the files as being 7728 x 5152! but it wont display them.here is a HEIC file for anyone in

1920 X 1080 is not on recommended resolution list

my monitor has 1920 X 1080 resolution, but 1920 X 1080 is not on recommended resolution list. how can I get 1920 X 1080 resolution listed?

Hey guys, I'm looking to step up my game a bit and go with a dual screen set-up at 1920 x 1200 and since the market seems to have taken a turn for the worst this last year w/ those monitors.... I was hoping you may have some sitting around that you would like to part with.

Matters:

• DVI port
• Display port would be wonderful but not needed

1920 x 1080 resolution choice disappeared.

I've been using Windows 10 successfully for a year or two now. Last night, my screen resolution abruptly changed from 1920 x 1080 to 1280 x 1024. When I went to Settings > Display to change it back, the 1920 x 1080 option was no longer available. This occurred
before I installed the most recent update. I have an ATI Radeon 3000 graphics card. Windows 10 says the driver is up-to-date. I don't have restore points. How can I get my widescreen back?
