for the corrupttion some services stoped. i tried every single way to fix this. i tried sfc, dism, etc. i also tried to boot in to automatic recovery mode, but i failed. o, it also corruptted the wscsvc file, so this is a grate problem.i can't reset my PC, i can't download and pased the corrupted files from the internet. i could boot in to safe mode, but i can't. because i am blind and narrator does/nt work on safe mode. o, and another thing, in the defender controll software, there was an option called enable windows defender. i clicked on that, but the software itself said windows defender c

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.

RAM Died: svchost error

Isnt svchost a service related to programs tho, and not the OS itself?
Like for example, there are multiple svchosts at any one time for multiple programs.

Though i suppose that still suggests the OS is buggered at the core.

Corrupt registry settings or some third party product (or virus) can change the default configuration for running EXE files. This may lead to failed operation when you try to run EXE files. Having said that, you may want to turn off the
Controlled folder access in Windows Defender and see if it makes any difference. You can follow the steps below:

1. Open Windows Defender Security Center.
   
2. Select Virus & threat protection.
   
3. Click Virus & threat protection settings.
4. Scroll down to Mange Controlled folder access then toggle it
   Off.
