Windows 10: Hello after i reboot my computer i notice some change

my pc disk before is giving alot space like when my pc is 70 gb already it will turn into 86gb+ but after i resetted my pc its not like this now i am having 60 gb right now its not giving me free space anymore is my pc harm, is there a way to fix this :

Need help on how to change my memory timings

Hello everyone. I am not very logical on computers, but i need to change my memory timings. I was suggested to change it to 3.0-3-3-8. Where would I go to change this? I was told it's in setup, after i reboot my computer, but i do not know where it is. If somebody could please help me that would be great. Also some details on the exact location of where to change this would help alot. Thanks again.
