Windows 10: Hello, as a a level student looking for work experience in northern Ireland for software...

if there was any way to directly contact microsoft about my query could you possibly give me advice on how to do so and to help others in the same position.

Cortana Northern ireland

Hi all,

I live in Belfast (Northern Ireland / UK) and I have a Nokia Lumia 625 with Windows Phone 8.1... No trace of Cortana anywhere on my phone, except if I do a smart search with Bing, then it finds Cortana Settings... First strange thing is that it's hidden
and doesn't appear anywhere in the Settings (System or Applications) ???

I of course tapped on it and second strange thing is that it shows Off (not available in this region) when

http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/how-to/wp8/basics/feature-and-service-availability says that Cortana is available in United kingdom

Does somebody have info on that?
