Windows 10: Hello can anyone help? My device is stuck on Windows Logo

Hello can anyone help? My device is stuck on Windows Logo, and I cannot do anything when I enter Windows Boot Manager. It does not open and becomes stuck like Windows Logo. Everything is stuck. I tried all the methods, except the method of downloading a new Windows from the flash drive. I hope for help as soon as possible.

The BIOS update suggestion posted above by @Jegler helped me, @guhanath. I was on version 1.10 and updated to 1.90. The steps I took after that were just doing the official Windows 10 upgrade procedure.

Then the Windows 10 installation went without a hitch, and I'm no longer on Windows 7. I'm going to consider this solved, thank you @Jelger for the suggestion to update the BIOS!

Hi Tom,

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if you are able to access Windows Hello.

Step 1: I suggest you to run
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter as it checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the
  Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the bio-metric finger print reader from Device Manager and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + X from the keyboard, click on Device Manager.
• Right click on Bio-metric finger print reader, click on
  Properties.
• Go to Drivers tab, click on Update driver software.

Step 3: I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Computer hangs on Windows Logo, help!

Hello, i am having trouble yet again. This time i removed my nvidia drivers and it boots past the windows logo everytime so i guess it's a driver problem. Everytime i reinstall new drivers i can't get past the windows logo, any help? I've also tried driver sweeper to no avail.
