Windows 10: hello, dave i accidently removed my realtek high definition audio but how do i reinstall it...

when i was trying to clean up junks from my pc i saw an app named realtek high definition i wanted to delete it because it was slowing down my pc but after deleting it i saw i didnt have an audio i was so frightened because i had a class on my computer on tomorrow.then, i bought a speaker but after my class the speaker fell from my hand and broke i beacame so sad.plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz answer my question quickly.

Realtek High Definition Audio not working

First of all, the Realtek High Definition Audio Device did not automatically reinstall after uninstalling and rebooting. I had to go into Add Legacy Software and select it to install. The Device Manager crashed while installing it, which it always does.
Upon starting it up again, the Device is there, but with a warning sign next to it indicating it is not functional.

Second of all, when I did the rest of the steps, the Driver Manager told me specifically that the drivers for Realtek High Definition Audio Device are up to date.

Realtek High Definition Audio disappeared?

Hello! When I went on my pc today, all my sound devices worked fine (both of my monitors had audio and so did my headphones). Then suddenly my pc didn't detect my headphones or my second monitor. I looked in the device manager to see if something was wrong and I noticed the Realtek High Definition Audio driver has completely disappeared from the list.

The only sound drivers on my pc now are:
7.1 Surround Sound

NVIDIA High Definition Audio

NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)

I have tried:
Restarting my pc (numerous times)
Restoring my pc to a backup a few days ago

Unplugging my headphones & second monitor's audio cable

Installing the Realtek High Definition Audio driver from their website

Can someone please help me figure out what's wrong & how to fix it?

 

Realtek High Definition Audio not working

Earlier today, my Realtek High Definition Audio stopped working entirely. I have an X555LA 64 bit ASUS laptop.

I have done pretty much everything recommended in other threads:

- Rebooted.

- Right-clicked Realtek High Definition Audio in Device Manager and selected update my drivers. It tells me my drivers are up to date.

- Uninstalled it in the Device Manager, went to the Realtek website, and reinstalled the most recent driver update. Rebooted.

- Went through Windows Update. It tells me everything is up to date.

I have done everything I can think of doing and my audio still does not work.
