Windows 10: Hello does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Everytime I booted my Laptop Something appears in the screen.. it saysAnother Program is Currently Using this file C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelGraphics...Im scared if this is a virus or something that could harm my computer pls I need help thankyou

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
