Windows 10: Hello experts my computer will not work

Hello, I need help. My computer is not working properly, everytime I open file explorer or task mgr my pc goes white for 1 second and then back. Some application like services wont open or keeps crashing. And to make this even worse I have no wifi and cannot get it and im currently using another pc. I tried so many cmds such as sfc /scannow but none of it worked, I tried resetting my pc but that wont work or even advanced startup. So I'd like some help fast. Thank you
