Windows 10: hello face and finger not work

Discus and support hello face and finger not work in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i donot have windows hello driver for hp elitebook 840 g6. how can i install it. its showing "this option is currently unavailable."help to to slove...     i donot have windows hello driver for hp elitebook 840 g6. how can i install it. its showing "this option is currently unavailable."help to to slove this problem .

    MY Windows hello face no working

    Yes, I understand that your Windows Hello Face is showing up as not available. Where you able to do all the troubleshooting steps as suggested above?

    Can you describe what happens when you completed the each of troubleshooting steps above? Is there an error message or something that could help to figure out the cause of the issue.?

    hello face and finger not work

    Windows Hello Face stopped working

    After installing Windows 10 1909 Update KB4551762 and restarting my M/S Surface Book 2 the Windows Hello Face login would not work. I logged on with my PIN, went to settings/accounts to check my Hello/Face Sign In. Message advises that Windows could not find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face. Prior to the Update Windows Hello Face was working. Would appreciate any feedback on how to resolve this issue
