hello guys I have a Microsoft multimedia 1.0A grey keyboard but in the all copy it contains in product id OEM while in mine it contains 545 so why is that means that it's fake

I suggest you try to login using the onscreen keyboard and enter your credential carefully and check if that helps. Follow the below steps to use on screen keyboard.

1. Select the Ease of Access
   button in the lower-right corner of the sign-in screen.
   
2. Select On-Screen Keyboard.

Microsoft Multimedia keyboard 1.0A not working

I’m sorry to know that Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard is not working, get error code 10. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and I will be happy to assist you.

Please be informed that Error Code 10 is generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device, a situation usually caused by outdated or corrupted drivers.

Please provide us the following information.

• What is the make and model of the computer?

I suggest you to Run Hardware troubleshooter
and check if that helps. Follow the below steps.

a) Press
windows key + W and type troubleshooting.

b) Select
troubleshooting.

c) Select
view all on the top left corner.

d) Run
hardware troubleshooter.
