Windows 10: Hello guys i need help urgent

can't seem to access some anti virus websites like malwarebytes and anything related to malwarebytes cannot be accessed, sometimes it keeps loading for a long time and sometimes it gives me an error message and sometimes it loads the website in a weird way like partial load and even my phone can't access any malwarebytes websites both pc and phone and a few days ago i had a warning from windows defender about PUADIMANAGER:WIN32/offercore but i tried to remove it but couldn't and i did offline scan and seems its gone i guess but i have this issue i can't access anti virus websites i tried ava

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
