Windows 10: Hello, how do I know if I still have a virus in my PC or malware?

I admit I was stupid, I got some trojans, they say they are gone, but I think no..... in games, I don't have the same fps as others on youtube with certain settings and a laptop.... I really need a professional because I don't believe in youtube... I would also be able to reset the PC, but only at the worst

steps taken for infected Pc's.


I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.
