Windows 10: Hello! How do I restore my cursor on my Asus laptop?

Hello! I recently installed Windows 10 and then opened my Asus X553MA to clean the accumulated dust in order to see if the funny noise from my left speaker would stop. I had to remove the mouse pad belt and the keyboard belt to avoid tearing it up. I managed to put back the keyboard belt but the mouse pad belt's blue end part had detached from the mouse pad belt. I had carefully placed the blue end first in its initial position and then placed the white part of the belt on top of the blue end and snapped the keyboard back on and the screws. Upon turning the laptop on, the mouse pad was not fun
