Windows 10: hello, i am getting a bluescreen PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_ERROR Bluescreen.

As of the past 5 days or so, every 30mins or so my computer will bluescreen with one two messages. Either PFN_LIST_CORRUPT or MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_ERROR Bluescreen. I have done some reading online and was told to link a file with zipped DMPs gathered from Driver Verifier. Here is said link:

Please please please I need help this is way out of my depth. What do I do from here?

I forgot to mention that the same day it happened i updated the nvidia drivers
Today my pc completely froze (I was playing payday 2 when the pfn_list_corrupt and today when it froze)
But since u think it might not be a driver issue, and since it froze today (literally froze, the image and everything) im going to run memtest as u suggested.
I will update in a couple of days after I run the test
