I am unable to use my laptop. Its a new laptop. Its not even month, i have bought it. I have already raised complain about it. My case number is 7036938661. I unable to get bitlocker recovery key. Its showing same error from past 7-8 hours with trace ID:GH1e+vVvdkiTpkTL.6.74. Kindly solve my problem. I have important data in my laptop. I cannot loose it. It's really urgent. Do the needful as early as possible.

BitLocker ID TraceID error

Recently my laptop was shut off unexpectedly and upon opening it, it requested that I provide my BitLocker Recovery ID. In any other day, that would have been an easy thing, as I can access that through my Microsoft Account. However, when I tried to log in and access the key this time, I came across an error message "TraceID: 1THwknOTREqs3QGM.21.67 Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us." . The issue persists and the only thing varying is the traceID code. The error however remains the same. Is there any way you can help me?

please help me in need to access my recovery key nut the page doesn't load shows me ice-cream

 

Bitlocker Error Message

The bitlocker for my device is showing an error message as follows or in the attached photo:

"TraceID: m5oJHnxKdEGNH4zA.21.93

Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us."

I have been trying to contact microsoft but couldn't access the live chat.

Anyone has seen this message before? Could you please suggest how I can recover my bitlocker key?
