Windows 10: Hello, I am looking for some assistance to locate drivers and activate a broadband adapter...

These prevent me from activating Bluetooth which cannot be started or activated. The device also have a Sierra Wireless AirPrime EM7355 GNSS GPS Receiver 4G LTE Module but I cannot connect the GPS with desktop applications, even though all permissions are granted.In Device Manager, For 'Generic Mobile Broadband Adapter #35' I am receiving a 'This device cannot start code 10'. Windows has determined that the best driver is already installed but I cannot start the device. Hardware Id is : usb\ms_comp_mbimAlso for PCI Serial Port and PCI Simple Communications Controller, I have an error code

Can't Set USB Mobile Broadband Adapter As Metered

Sorry, that's no help because there is no place to set the connection as a metered connection.

To quote from the Microsoft article on Metered Internet connections: FAQ :

Note

• 
  Ethernet network connections can't be set to metered.
  

Therefore, because the USB Mobile Broadband adapters are installed as Ethernet adapters, it is not possible to set them as metered connections.

This true even with a USB Mobile Broadband adapter that uses the generic Microsoft "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device" driver.

Incorrect display adapter driver for my Asus K42JK laptop

What happens when trying to install the right driver? Do you receive any error?

I suggest you to Uninstall and reinstall the Display driver and check if it works for you.
Refer to the steps below:

Follow the steps to uninstall the Display driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Now download the drivers the manufacturer website and install it.
