    Hello, I am trying to install Microsoft 365 on a desktop. It asked me for a PIN. How can I remove the PIN? It won't allow me to change the PIN without knowing the PIN. So, that isn't an options.

    why is my hello pin not working when i try to login to my microsoft 365 software on my desktop but i login into my computer with my pin i have even changed my pin and it still dose not work why can you not over ride the pin with you password should be
    the may way you login to anything to do with Microsoft?

    I understand your concern with Pin number during installation of Office 365.

    It is actually asking for the Windows 10 Pin. Try to follow the steps on this link to remove the pin.

    Windows 10 includes multiple options to sign-in to your account, including the ability to sign-in using a PIN and Windows Hello, which uses facial recognition. For us to provide a solution suited to your concern, we need additional information. Can
    you answer the questions below?

    • How are you setting the PIN and Hello?
    • Which build version of Windows is your PC running on?
    • Were there any error codes or messages?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to set up PIN.

    • Open Settings.
    • Select Accounts.
    • Click Sign-in options.
    • Click the Add button for the PIN and set your PIN.
    • Do the same for the Windows Hello.
