I bought a Roblox gift card, my daughter tried to add it to her Roblox account, but we are not seeing it and the card number reads as already redeemed now. What can we do?

Thanks for your input. You bought a Microsoft gift card, which means that you can only use it through a Microsoft service, or in-app purchasing service.

That means you can only use this Microsoft gift card through the Microsoft Store version of Roblox.
