Windows 10: Hello. I can not snip or do anything associated with snipping.

So, I want to press Windows shift s. I do it, and nothing comes up at all. I tried a lot, i can not snip AT ALL. It will not let me snip, even with the snip and sketch tool. I can only snip using the original snipping tool. I have tried all sorts of ways, yet it will not fix. I did sfc scan now, reset the app, change permissions, nothing will work. It will never let me do it. It just shows a blue circle on my mouse cursor. Nothing comes up. I have factory reset my pc too, a few weeks or months ago, since my last pc thingy broke because i uninstalled a program called steam. My pc is corrupted, And i want to fix it so badly, but i can not fix it, because i am not that good at tech. Please help me!!

• Click "New"

Unable to mail the snipped clip from Snipping tool option on Windows 10.

• Which mail application are you using on the computer?
• Which is the default mail application set on the computer?
• Is any mail client installed on the computer other than Mail app?

You will be able to select the mail application to send using Snipping tool by setting a default mail application on the computer.



I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if you are able to mail the snipped clip.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type Windows Live Mail and select the top most search result.
• From the dialog box select the application to set as default and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Open snipping tool, snip a clip and check if you are able to mail the clip using
  Windows Live Mail.

Snip It app

Is there a way to add Snip it App to your list of apps?

I dont want to type Snip every time i want to use this and then add it.

It was showing on my Most Used List which made it easy to find, but then right after using it, it disappeared from Most Used. I dont think the Most Used list is working right. I know it ignores pinned apps ,but why did it show the Snip It App and then
right after using Snip it , it disappeared from the list. It shouldve moved up the list , not off the list.
