Windows 10: Hello! I cant reset my pin on start up page becuse i lost my phone and sim card.

Hello! I cant reset my pin on start up page because i lost my phone and a sim card that is connected to my account. Can i somehow change my number to the current one? I can also send proof that its my original account.

• Which network sim is that?
• What is the exact error message?

I suggest you try inserting that particular sim card in a different phone and check the behavior. And also check the phone as well with a different sim card.

• When you say that "Now all is working .......OK", are you able to resolve the regarding the SD card by removing the SIM card from the phone and re-inserting ?

no, sd card untouched..

• What are the troubleshooting steps which you have tried to resolve the issue?

(without SIM-PIN,PIN )

but i must do scanning about +++6+++

times, to see sd card again in file explorer

It is not ++acceptable++, without sd card phone is unuseable...

• I suggest you to install free File Explorer app from Windows Store and check if you are able to access SD card without removing the SIM card from the phone.
